MyJaarbeurs ensures that you can prepare your trade fair participation quickly and efficiently. In MyJaarbeurs you will find everything you need to prepare for the trade fair, in the form of a checklist. Here you will find, among other things, setup and dismantling information, the event platform and the webshop. Please take the time to go through all the steps, so you can be sure that you do not miss anything and together we will ensure a successful participation.

• Tip 1: Put important deadlines in your calendar. Check the deadline for orders in the webshop carefully; if this expires, a ‘late order fee’ of 25% will be charged on top of the price.
• Tip 2: Share setup and dismantling information with colleagues/suppliers/stand builders: route & accessibility, setup and dismantling processes, times and admission tickets.
• Tip 3: Don’t forget to print your assembly and disassembly pass and order parking tickets.
• Tip 4: Provide your extra promotional items so that this is shared with visitors on time.
