Put your cybersecurity innovation or project in the spotlight at the largest security event in the Benelux

Registration for the Cybersec Europe Awards 2026 is in full swing. Organizations, teams, and professionals who excelled in cybersecurity over the past year have until 29 April 2026 to submit their project or innovation. The awards, together with the Computable Awards, will be presented on 20 and 21 May during Cybersec Europe at Brussels Expo.

Computable Awards: expert jury in deliberation

For those following the timeline: the submission period for the Computable Awards closed on 9 February 2026. The expert jury is currently deliberating for the categories IT Project of the Year, Social Innovation of the Year, and IT Person of the Year. An update will follow soon.

The focus is now on the Cybersec Awards — the deadline to submit your security nomination is 29 April.

What are the Cybersec Awards?
The Cybersec Awards specifically recognize cybersecurity excellence on a European scale. There are two categories:

– Best Cybersecurity Innovation Europe of the Year

For European solutions, products, technologies, or approaches that provide protection in an innovative way and/or strengthen organizational resilience. Think of new tools, platforms, methodologies, or creative approaches to known threats.

– Best Cybersecurity Project & Program Europe of the Year

For projects or programs recently implemented at a European level in the field of cybersecurity — from implementations and awareness campaigns to large-scale transformation initiatives.

Present your security innovation or project
What makes the Cybersec Awards unique: nominees get the opportunity to briefly present their project or innovation to the audience and the expert jury during Cybersec Europe itself.

This will take place on 20 May from 16:45 on the main stage of Cybersec Europe. The awards ceremony will follow the next day: Thursday 21 May from 12:15, also on the main stage of Cybersec Europe.

Who can apply?
Anyone — companies, governments, non-profits, start-ups, and teams — active in cybersecurity in Europe can submit an entry. The barrier to entry is low, while the potential impact is high. Submissions will also receive editorial exposure.
